There is no annual contract and customers are free to vote with their feet and walk away with only a month's notice. The services are run from FMI's Operations centre situated in Leicester Square London where we have the infrastructure and people in place to ensure problems are swiftly resolved. The support staff are highly skilled professionals who have an in depth knowledge of the packages they support and a good understanding of associated operating systems. Qualifications held by our support staff include industry recognised and respected MCP, MCSE and CCNA certifications.
