This service enables customers to have complete confidence that their IT systems are running in an optimal fashion and gives our engineers complete visibility of the monitored servers and applications 24x7.

The monitoring software we use is Microsoft’s Operations Management (MOM) and is probably the most advanced monitoring software currently available in the industry. Microsoft has put a huge amount of resources into this software to meet the need for end-to-end service monitoring of IT environments. MOM provides an easy-to-use monitoring platform that monitors servers, applications and clients to provide a comprehensive view of the health of an organization’s IT environment. This view of your IT systems health is key to a rapid, agile response to events that may impact the normal running of business and ultimately cost you money.

The monitoring software feeds back alerts to an integrated console which is located at our central London support centre in Leicester Square. Alerts are automatically displayed on a central console within the support center and are also routed via email direct to the support desk.
